4. Have no more than 5 years of professional experience
5. Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)
6. Possesses strong research, writing, and analytical abilities
7. Able to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
8. Be proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
9. Have advanced computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
10. Show a clear interest in the work of the United Nations and UNU
