As part of its mission to expand sustainable agriculture solutions, NovFeed is launching a marketing initiative for its liquid fertilizers. It is looking for motivated and capable young professionals to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell liquid fertilizer products to agricultural stakeholders
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer product solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build relationships and trust within the farming community
Who We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in an agricultural-related field
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the agricultural sector
- Knowledge of farm products, especially liquid fertilizers
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- A self-motivated individual who is goal-driven and results-focused
