Ongeza AgroVet is seeking four (4) qualified and driven Cluster Managers to oversee and lead multiple sales teams in various regions across Tanzania. As a Cluster Manager, you will supervise retail operations, ensure performance targets are met, and maintain the financial and operational integrity of each shop within your assigned cluster.
This is a strategic role aimed at scaling sales efforts, optimizing team performance, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise retail shops within your designated cluster or region
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all sales activities to meet monthly targets
- Oversee team performance and provide regular performance reports
- Conduct monthly product and stock audits
- Monitor and reconcile shop accounts to ensure the timely deposit of sales revenue.
- Resolve team issues and handle conflict management effectively
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments (defaulters)
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager
- Ensure the responsible use and management of company assets
- Use the company’s sales software app to track daily activities and performance
- Perform other related duties as assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to relocate or travel across Tanzania as needed for sales operations
