Jassie & Company Ltd (JASCO) is looking for a smart, organized, and friendly individual to join our team as a Personal Secretary/Receptionist. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, clients, and staff, so we’re looking for someone who communicates well, stays organized, and presents themselves professionally.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the right people
- Managing appointments, scheduling, and meeting reminders
- Receiving and organizing incoming mail and deliveries
- Handling day-to-day clerical tasks: filing, data entry, copying, scanning, etc.
- Keeping the reception area neat, tidy, and presentable
- Responding to inquiries and offering assistance to visitors
- Supporting directors and other departments with basic administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Kiswahili
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Applicants currently living in Mwanza will be given priority
