Join over 2,250 young leaders—including 250 in-person attendees and 2,000+ virtual participants—from October 24–26, 2025, at the African Leadership Excellence Academy (AFLEX) for a three-day forum that empowers youth to lead purposefully, build peace, and shape policy.

About the Forum

Addis Forum 2025 is Ethiopia’s flagship national youth platform, focused on advancing peace, civic participation, and national unity. This year’s theme is:

“Youth Building a Legacy of Unity & Peaceful Coexistence Through Meaningful Civic Engagement.”

The forum is hosted by the Ethiopian Youth Dialogue for Peace Association, collaborating with the Ministry of Women and Social Affairs, Create Ethiopian, AFLEX, and the Bahá’í International Community Addis Ababa Office.

Commitment Fee (For In-Person Applicants)

While the program is fully funded, all applicants selected for in-person participation must pay a non-refundable commitment fee of 1,749 Birr. This fee:

  • Confirms your commitment to attend
  • Helps cover on-site logistics and coordination
  • Does not guarantee selection—all decisions are based on application quality

Virtual participants are not required to pay this fee unless later upgraded to in-person status.
