On behalf of our client in the automotive and industrial equipment sector, HR World Limited is looking for a qualified and driven Sales Engineer (Machines).
The ideal candidate will be key in promoting and selling industrial machines to clients across various sectors. This position requires strong technical knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and other performance goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles—preferably within the machinery or industrial equipment sector.
- Proven ability to operate and interpret Caterpillar technical tools, including:
- SIS (Service Information System)
- PSK’s
- Microfiche
- Dealer-specific software tools
