Ongeza AgroVet is a growing enterprise focused on improving rural livelihoods by providing high-quality agricultural inputs, information, and services. We are seeking four (4) energetic and motivated individuals to join our Customer Service team as interns.
Position Overview
This full-time internship requires flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends. Interns in the Customer Service Department will support current customers and sales teams in rural Tanzania.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outreach calls to customers and field sales officers across rural areas
- Assist customers with inquiries about products and services
- Provide information and make recommendations about relevant products
- Deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Recent graduate (Diploma or Degree) in Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer care and listening abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in Kiswahili and a strong command of English
- Willingness to work full-time, including weekends and shifts
