  • Offer spiritual counseling, support, and mentorship to youth and their families.

Volunteer Development & Oversight

  • Develop strategies for community engagement and partnerships with schools, churches, and other organizations.
  • Coordinate and promote youth participation in church-wide activities.

  • Manage youth ministry budgets, fundraising efforts, and program resources.
  • Oversee logistics for events, including transportation, meals, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure youth areas are welcoming, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Meet regularly with church leadership and participate in staff meetings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Ministry, or a related field (or significant ministry experience).
  • A strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a clear calling to youth ministry.
  • Experience working with middle and high school students in a church or ministry setting.
  • Solid understanding of the Bible and ability to teach it in a relatable way.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • A heart for mentorship, discipleship, and building long-term relationships.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, for events and gatherings.

Preferred Qualifications
